Meet Stacia Narasky, LCSW
Hello! My name is Stacia, the founder of Therapy with Stacia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in therapy services in the states of California and Washington. Providing therapy is my career, but it is also a passion of mine. To help another person learn to navigate their own struggles is a blessing in itself. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime". I would love to work with you to navigate whatever it is you are going through!
I have been providing therapy services since 2015, and have worked with all ages. I am currently providing online therapy services to adults (aged 18 and up) who are currently struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, work stress, life stressors and life transitions.
I have also had the pleasure of expanding my practice to a group practice. We have a lovely team of therapists who have different backgrounds and experience. Please take a look at the "Our Team" page for more info. All therapy sessions are conducted online.

Grief & Loss

Grief and loss is also for loss of a relationship, loss of ability, loss of a home, etc.
Life stressors range anywhere from divorce, a move, new job, new baby, or a world pandemic. These are overwhelming to manage sometimes, and can be addressed through structure, motivation and consistency with your therapist.
Trauma is considered anything that has negatively emotionally impacted you from your lifetime. Sometimes our defenses kick in and we ignore the trauma, which can lead to unresolved mental health issues. Let's process your trauma, lets talk it out. I'm here for you! Take the first step to healing!
