Navpreet Chima, APCC
Clinical Therapist
Navpreet enjoys working with those whose past are affecting their present: their ability to trust others or themselves, who may feel stuck in life, or find it difficult to be their own cheerleader instead of their worst critic.
As a neurodivergent therapist herself, she has gained experience and training working with adults with late diagnosed autism or ADHD. This looks like getting coping skills, exploring beliefs around the diagnosis, and exploring ways to accomodate yourself or ask for help.
She also understands the importance of incorporating differences in culture and identity, as a queer first generation Indian American.
Navpreet's training includes including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Expressive Arts Therapy, DBT, and working with late diagnosed adults with autism or ADHD.
